Follow this steps :
Turning a scanned PDF into a Text File
1. Scan the document. Reserve it as a PDF.
2. Open the scanned doc in Adobe Acrobat.
3. Choose "File>Export>Text>Textual content Plain."
4. Title the document and click on "Save."
5. Open the saved file and review for conversion errors.
6. Save the corrected document.
Converting a scanned PDF into a Word Doc
1. Scan the document. Save it as a PDF.
2. Open an Web browser. Go to the primary link in the Sources part below.
3. Choose "Browse" and upload the scanned document.
4. Choose to transform the doc to Phrase (.doc) or RTF (Rich Text Format.) Rich Text Format is compatible with Word.
5. Enter the e-mail address to which the converted doc will be mailed.
6. Open the document once it has been despatched and examine for and proper any errors.
7. Save the Phrase document.
